Responsibilities

Manage air freight rate requests from intake through closure, including RFIs and time-sensitive spot requests.
Review shipment details for completeness and accuracy, including origin/destination and service levels.
Research rates, routing guides, and rate validity to determine contract applicability.
Validate calculations and terms against rate sources; escalate inconsistencies.
Create and maintain rate-request records across multiple systems.
