Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in air freight operations, carrier coordination or capacity planning.
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field; relevant working experience may be considered in lieu.
Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
Plan and optimize air freight cargo capacity and ULD utilization to support shipment demand and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with airline carriers to secure cargo space, manage carrier allocations and support shipment requirements.
Negotiate ad-hoc freight rates and monitor operational costs to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Monitor shipment execution, resolve operational issues and provide alternative routing solutions when required.
Work closely with Customer Service, warehouse, procurement and carriers to ensure smooth operations and timely shipment updates.
