Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Standards Designer, AI Workflows to shape design language and AI-enabled workflows across the CX Content and Design Enablement team within GCX.

You will pilot AI-assisted methods, build small tools, review AI output for quality, and collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant design solutions in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in design systems and design craft.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language.
• Curious and experimental, within a regulated banking context.
• Keen attention to governance, data handling and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design language standards, components, and documentation.
• Review AI-assisted output and structure inputs for consistency.
• Ensure governance and data handling are respected in tools usage.
• Build and maintain small internal tools, scripts, and automations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency with AI approaches.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders across the organization.
