ANCHOR SEARCH GROUP PTE. LTD. seeks a talented AI Consultant Lead to blend deep AI expertise with human-centered design, creating intelligent, accessible digital experiences at scale. You will lead AI-driven UX initiatives across client engagements, shaping product strategy and data-driven insights.

The role involves partnering with data scientists and engineers, designing transparent AI interfaces, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, CS, AI/ML or related field.
• 3–5 years focused on AI/ML-powered products, with 3 years UX consultant experience.
• Proven track record leading complex, enterprise-scale design projects from concept to launch.
• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, design process excellence, and measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools).
• Extensive experience with user research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Strong background in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, dashboards).
• Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and drive design-led innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision and strategy for AI-powered products and platforms across client engagements.
• Define and evolve design standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI-driven user experiences.
• Conduct strategic design research to identify emerging user needs and market opportunities in AI space.
• Provide thought leadership on AI-UX integration across industry sectors.
• Influence product roadmaps and business strategy through data-driven design insights.
• Architect sophisticated AI-driven features balancing UX with business value.
• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and architects to design scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize AI model performance from a UX perspective.
• Design transparent, explainable AI interfaces to build user trust.
• Lead definition and execution of data strategies underpinning AI-powered products.
• Collaborate with data professionals to align data pipelines, models, insights with user needs.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights informing design decisions and roadmaps.
• Define data-driven KPIs and experimentation frameworks for AI effectiveness.
• Guide teams in leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to validate assumptions.
• Lead end-to-end design processes for enterprise-scale projects.
• Conduct and oversee comprehensive user research programs.
• Create design artifacts including service blueprints, experience maps, design systems, and prototypes.
• Design multi-platform experiences integrating AI across web, mobile, and new interfaces.
• Oversee data-rich dashboards and analytics tools for enterprise users.
• Lead design thinking workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Champion ethical AI practices and responsible design principles.
• Identify and mitigate bias, privacy, and transparency issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance in design work.
• Advocate for user rights and inclusive design.
• Lead design for Google Cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, AutoML) and MLOps.
• Drive adoption of Google's Generative AI capabilities to create scalable experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business strategy.
