The position blends training coordination, internal communications, SharePoint content management and design work, with no requirement for coding or engineering expertise.

AI Tools Training & Communications -1+ year contract Renewable
(AI Adoption Manager/ Change Manager)

This role is an AI Adoption, Training & Communications Coordinator.

The main goal is to help employees learn, use and adopt AI tools effectively across the organisation.

You are not expected to be a trainer, AI engineer or technical expert. Instead, you coordinate training, create communications, promote AI usage, and help employees get started.

Think of it as:

Part Training Coordinator + Part Internal Communications Executive + Part Change Management Specialist

What You Will Be Doing

1. Training & Adoption (About 50%)

You will help employees learn how to use AI tools.

Examples:

• Creating user guides and FAQs
• Preparing training slides
• Organising AI workshops
• Coordinating trainers and participants
• Tracking attendance and adoption rates
• Collecting feedback after training

You help employees understand and use AI tools confidently.

2. Communications & Engagement (About 30%)

You will promote AI adoption across the organisation.

Examples:

• Writing newsletters
• Sending email communications
• Creating intranet articles
• Running awareness campaigns
• Sharing AI success stories
• Managing AI-related announcements

You become the "marketing person" for AI within the company.

3. SharePoint & Content Management (About 10-20%)

You'll maintain the AI knowledge hub.

Examples:

• Updating SharePoint pages
• Uploading learning materials
• Organising FAQs and guides
• Keeping information current

You manage the internal AI information portal.

4. Design & Media Creation

You may create:

• Infographics
• Posters
• Banners
• Short videos
• Adoption campaigns

Often using:

• Canva
• PowerPoint
• Microsoft Designer
• AI tools
