Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first workforce in Singapore, empowering a vibrant AI ecosystem. We are seeking an Employer Branding, AI Community & Talent Engagement Intern to shape how Singtel engages AI talent, universities, startups and industry partners.

You will support both Singtel's employer branding efforts and the AI Community of Practice (AI COP), helping create compelling content, organise AI-focused events, engage emerging talent, and highlight Singtel's AI innovation journey.

Qualifications

• Interest in employer branding, talent attraction, marketing, communications or HR.
• Strong understanding of social media management and trends.
• Passion for AI, technology, innovation and community building.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with organisational and project coordination skills.
• Portfolio showcasing past content work is required.
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content across LinkedIn, career platforms, and internal channels.
• Develop content showcasing Singtel's AI innovation, talent stories, workplace culture, and tech initiatives.
• Support video production, social campaigns, employee storytelling, and event coverage.
• Manage content calendars and monitor content performance across channels.
• Assist in developing new employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and insights on talent market trends and branding performance.
