BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an AI Systems Engineer to design, deploy and maintain an AI-enabled platform using Power Platform and Copilot. The position is a 1-year contract with working hours 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, located at Hillview Link.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience in Power Platform ecosystems and a related degree. You will orchestrate multi-agent workflows, integrate Copilot with data sources and enterprise

Qualifications

At least two years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio ecosystems.
Proficient in more than one of: Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 integrations and Azure AI Services.
A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy a scalable, secure multi-agent architecture utilising Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
Develop, extend and manage complex, automated backend workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to act as the core execution engine for AI agents.
Conduct end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and manage deployment across development, testing and production environments.
Provide Tier-3 support to troubleshoot system bottlenecks, integration failures and API latencies.
Create SOPs and training manuals for ongoing platform maintenance.
