Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd in Singapore invites an IT professional to design and deploy secure, scalable AI agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. You will architect AI workflows, integrate data sources and APIs, and drive automation across enterprise systems.

The candidate will test with business users, deploy across environments, troubleshoot performance issues, and produce SOPs and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Proficient in at least two: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 integrations or Azure AI Services.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure, scalable multi-agent AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
• Develop AI agent orchestration workflows to coordinate specialised agents and support complex business processes.
• Integrate AI solutions with external data sources, APIs and enterprise systems using Microsoft Dataverse and custom connectors.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and connected applications using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users to validate AI agent accuracy and functionality.
• Manage solution deployment across development, testing and production environments.
• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks, integration failures, API latency and unexpected AI agent behaviour.
• Monitor system performance, agent health and resource usage.
• Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation and user training materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Singapore Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Proficient in at least two of the following: Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 integrations or Azure AI Services.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to prepare technical documentation and support non-technical users.

Duration/Working Hours:

1 year contract (Oct 2026 - Sep 2027)

Require to work 8 hours per day and 5 days per week (e.g. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri)
