Job summary

Shopee's President’s Office is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to help drive product development and cross-functional project execution within the R&D group. You will work with developers, product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable tasks and enable data-driven insights from R&D performance.

You will collect user feedback, support feature development, and assist in planning, reporting, and coordination across technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business or related field.
• Experience with engineering or product teams is a plus.
• Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methods.
• Strong communication and coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
• Good analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• High attention to detail and proactive, adaptable in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for an Associate/ Senior Associate to support product development and cross-functional project execution for R&D group. This role works closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development tasks, support product adoption, and generate insights from R&D performance data.

Job Description:

• Product development: Understand product requirements from business and R&D stakeholders. Translate the needs into clear development requirements, leverage AI and work closely with developers to support feature development and optimisation of our management platform
• Product support: Collect user feedback and help address product questions, issues, and bugs.
• Performance analysis: Collect and analyse R&D teams’ key performance data. Summarise findings to support leadership decisions.
• Project management: Support project planning, milestone tracking, and documentation. Assist in improving project management processes, reporting, and communication efficiency. Prepare regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data, or related fields; A master degree is advantageous but not required
• Experience working with engineering or product teams is a plus
• Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile ways of working
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
• High attention to detail; strong sense of responsibility and follow-through; adaptive and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
