Job summary

Accountant-General’s Department in Singapore seeks an AI Strategy and Transformation lead to drive the public sector finance AI agenda. You will bridge strategy and execution, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to translate AI opportunities into practical, scalable finance solutions.

You bring a finance background and enthusiasm for AI, with ability to communicate complex ideas to leadership and frontline officers.

Qualifications

• Public sector finance, accounting, policy, data analytics, AI or related discipline.
• Experience in strategy, programme management or transformation delivery preferred.
• Five+ years of relevant work experience may be considered for a more senior role.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Public Sector Finance AI Strategy and roadmap.
• Manage end-to-end AI use case pipeline with IT teams and vendors.
• Develop playbooks and embed responsible AI principles in use cases.
• Build AI capability programs and grow AI literacy at scale.
• Engage senior leaders and finance officers to secure buy-in and feedback.
