Job summary

ONE Tech Stop Viet Nam seeks a Junior-Mid AI Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams in Singapore. You will identify AI/ML use cases, explore client data, and frame projects with ROI in mind, aligning product vision with business value and client needs.

You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, and collaborate with architecture teams to prototype data-driven AI solutions while communicating outcomes to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytics field.
• 2–4 years of experience in AI-related Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Technical Consulting (consulting preferred).
• Foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation and exploration.
• Solid understanding of modern AI paradigms including LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business problems into AI use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, iterative environments (Agile).

Responsibilities

• Frame business use cases and map workflows to identify AI/ML opportunities.
• Explore client data to assess readiness and data sources for AI initiatives.
• Define project objectives, scope, and success metrics bridging AI with business value.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to elicit requirements and communicate progress.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture to ensure feasibility and rapid prototyping.
• Develop AI solution concepts and roadmaps including ROI models.
