Job summary

606 Salesforce Philippines Corp. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end AI solution delivery for strategic clients. You will architect, code, configure, and troubleshoot complex AI/LLM deployments on the Salesforce platform, guiding junior engineers and aligning technical work with client goals.

You will design bespoke agent-based workflows, ensure robust data models and integrations, and advocate best practices across projects. Travel up to 60% is typical to meet client sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, end-to-end delivery of production AI solutions.
• Computer Science or related engineering degree required.
• Expert-level in JavaScript, Java, Python, and Apex.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration and orchestration.
• Data modeling, integration, and analytics for enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake).
• Direct Salesforce platform experience with advanced configuration and development.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and client-facing communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents on the Agentforce/Salesforce platform.
• Configure data models, pipelines, and integration strategies.
• Debug, diagnose root causes, and unblock progress across phases.
• Prototype rapid solutions and iterate with customer teams.
• Promote engineering best practices for quality, security, and scalability.
• Partner with customers as a trusted technical advisor and architect.
