Job summary

InfiniteMind Tech in Singapore is seeking a hands-on video producer to own the full short video production cycle—from concept to delivery—for ads, short dramas and branded content using AI-assisted tools.

You’ll apply storytelling, pacing and a commercial mindset to boost engagement, work with Mandarin-speaking clients and our China HQ, and collaborate with a fast-moving creative team on-site. English and Mandarin proficiency are essential for daily collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of short video creation experience.
• Portfolio required; creative video, commercial ad or short drama work is a plus.
• Hands-on AIGC skills including Seedance model series and image/video tools.
• End-to-end post-production: editing, color grading, subtitles, voiceover, effects.
• Strong storytelling, pacing and what makes content go viral.
• Commercial mindset for paid media, traffic or brand awareness.
• English and Mandarin proficiency for daily collaboration with HQ.
• Ownership, speed and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full short video production cycle, from concept, scriptwriting and shot design to AI asset generation, editing, packaging and delivery.

InfiniteMind Tech is a Singapore-based AI video company and the team behind Reelflow (reelflow.ai). We build AI-powered video creation products and produce high-impact short-form content for brands and global audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full short video production cycle, from concept, scriptwriting and shot design to AI asset generation, editing, packaging and delivery. This covers short videos, commercial ads and short dramas.
• Use AI tools for image and video generation, VFX, voiceover, subtitles and visual enhancement to deliver faster, better-looking work.
• Adapt tone and style for ads, narrative short dramas and creative content based on market trends and brand needs.
• Track performance data and audience feedback, then refine scripts, visuals and pacing to improve completion rate, engagement and conversion.
• Support brand campaigns, product promotion and social media content, and contribute ideas in creative brainstorms.
• Stay on top of trends in short video, short drama, advertising and AI creative tech, and help build our AI video workflow and shared asset library.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of short video creation experience. A portfolio is required, and creative video, commercial ad or short drama work is a plus.
• Hands-on AIGC skills, including the Seedance model series and mainstream text-to-image and text-to-video tools.
• Ability to handle post-production end to end: editing, color grading, subtitles, voiceover, effects and packaging.
• Strong grasp of camera language, storytelling, pacing and what makes content go viral.
• A commercial mindset, with experience creating content for paid media, traffic acquisition or brand awareness.
• A sharp eye for visual quality and original ideas rather than template content.
• Ownership, speed and the ability to work under pressure, with good communication and teamwork.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin. This role works daily with our China-based headquarters, Mandarin-speaking clients and Mandarin-language content.

Nice to Have

• Viral short videos, popular short dramas or commercial ad work in your portfolio
• Proficiency in CapCut Pro or similar video and image tools
• Narrative scriptwriting, character building and short drama pacing skills
• Experience running social media accounts, managing paid video campaigns, or shooting short dramas
