Job summary

Activa Media Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated Digital Media Designer & Video Editor to join our creative agency. This role blends design and video, with hands-on shooting and post-production for digital campaigns, embracing AI-powered workflows to accelerate production while preserving creative quality.

You will design assets for websites and social channels, produce short-form videos for Reels/ Shorts, plan shoots, edit footage, and ensure brand consistency across outputs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolio welcome).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with AI-powered tools to speed up workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design digital creatives for websites, social media, ads, and campaigns.
• Produce high-volume short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) efficiently.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, creative and AI-savvy Digital Media Designer & Video Editor to join our fun digital marketing team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both design and video, and is comfortable producing content and managing both video shoots and post-production for digital campaigns.

We believe in working smarter with AI, not replacing creativity with AI. We value individuals who know how to leverage AI tools to speed up creative workflows, improve productivity and deliver high-quality work efficiently, while maintaining strong hands-on design, filming and video editing skills.

You will work closely with our digital marketing team to create visually engaging materials that support brand and campaign objectives, combining creativity, technical expertise and AI-powered efficiency to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital creatives for websites, social media, online ads, and marketing campaigns
• Produce high-volume short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) efficiently
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, digital platforms, and promotional use
• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos optimised for different platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Create short-form and long-form video content, including adaptations for vertical formats
• Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, and video optimisation
• Support marketing campaigns with visual and video assets
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs
• Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently
• Manage various portfolio assets and ensure organised file management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (open to fresh graduates with a strong portfolio)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Familiar with digital and social media formats
• Comfortable handling cameras, lighting, and audio equipment independently
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital video formats
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Familiar with AI-powered creative tools and able to apply them to improve workflow efficiency, from ideation and planning to post-production
• Strong creative judgment and hands-on production skills, with the ability to deliver original work rather than relying solely on AI-generated content
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to explore new tools and technologies to work smarter and faster

Good to Have!

• Experience with motion graphics or animation
• Familiarity with current video and social media trends
• Photography or videography skills
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for creative ideation, storyboarding, transcription, subtitles, audio enhancement or video editing
• Experience producing high-volume creative content for multiple clients or brands
