Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking aSenior AI Security leader to define and drive the security strategy for AI/ML systems with governance aligned to NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and industry best practices.

The role requires 7–10 years in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in AI/ML security, with hands-on experience securing production AI pipelines. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead security awareness across high-risk functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in AI/ML security.
• Hands-on with production AI systems including Generative AI, agentic AI, or ML pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication to present risks to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI security strategy aligned with risk framework.
• Develop secure-by-design architecture standards for AI/ML systems.
• Establish AI security governance and controls.
• Lead AI security awareness across high-risk functions.
• Manage AI security vendors and budgets.
• Coordinate with SOC and IT for AI security operations.
• Remediate audit findings with AI Assurance.
