Job summary

ST Logistics is seeking a Manager - AI Security to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI-specific security controls across the organisation. You will defend against AI-powered threats and secure internal AI systems, copilots, and agentic platforms.

You will be the technical authority on AI security, partnering with Technology GRC, Internal Audit, and the AI Assurance Manager to deliver a complete defensive posture for AI within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or related discipline.
• 7-10 years' experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML security or MLSecOps.
• Senior security certification such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI security architecture and controls across the organisation.
• Defend against AI-powered threats and secure AI Copilot/agentic platforms.
• Collaborate with Technology GRC, Internal Audit, and AI Assurance Manager.
• Lead security incident response and AI red-teaming activities.
• Oversee security tooling and secure system architectures.
