Job summary

ROBOSPEC is building HERO, an execution-first AI robot brain, and the AI Robotics Engineer will design, deploy intelligent control systems for real-world robots powered by HERO. Based in Singapore, this full-time, on-site role collaborates with software engineers, AI researchers, and product teams to prototype, test, and refine robotic solutions.

The ideal candidate will advance motion planning, sensor integration, and task-driven robot behaviors, with strong programming skills in Python/C++/ROS

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Robotics and Process Automation.
• Solid Analytical Skills for modeling, optimization, and interpreting data.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or ROS-based frameworks.
• Effective Communication for cross-functional teamwork and documenting designs.
• Experience with machine learning or reinforcement learning in robotic applications is beneficial.
• Familiarity with simulation tools and real-world robot platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent control systems for robots powered by the HERO platform.
• Build and optimize motion planning and control algorithms.
• Integrate perception and sensor data into robotic systems.
• Translate human task specifications into robust robotic behaviors.
• Prototype, test, and refine robotic solutions in collaboration with software engineers, AI researchers, and product teams.
