Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure Engineering to lead APAC perimeter and external connectivity engineering, shaping standards, reference architectures, governance, and delivery across regional operations to strengthen resilience against AI-enabled threats.

You will drive multi-cloud edge designs, collaborate with cybersecurity, platform and application teams, and align regional needs with firmwide controls while advancing enterprise-scale reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure and security initiatives in a regulated environment.
• APAC region delivery experience and cross-time-zone coordination.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI capabilities with validation and data sensitivity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC perimeter and external connectivity roadmap and delivery.
• Lead adoption of enterprise AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Define and operationalize perimeter standards and architectures.
• Establish governance, backlog management, and risk-closure processes.
• Deliver regulatory and risk-control work including audit readiness.
• Promote reuse of AI-assisted workflows aligned to resiliency.
• Drive scalable operational excellence and observability across APAC.
• Lead technology lifecycle management for perimeter and edge services in APAC.
