Job summary

UNIZEN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Engineer to support maintenance and upgrades of AI-powered services. You will design and execute tests across AI lifecycles, validate model performance, and ensure upgrades do not disrupt business processes or user experiences.

The role collaborates with AI Engineers, Data teams, and Technology partners to automate testing, perform regression checks, and participate in release readiness and post-release verification for production systems.

Qualifications

6–9 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Experience with enterprise applications, AI/ML solutions, or digital platforms preferred.
Experience in banking, financial services, or operations environments is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI-powered applications and services.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
Validate end-to-end workflows across AI applications, APIs, and integrated systems.
Identify, document, track, and verify resolution of defects and issues.
Collaborate with AI engineers, Data team, and Technology partners to ensure quality.
