Job summary

Hytech is seeking an AI Product Owner/PMO to own end-to-end AI product lifecycles, including GenAI, fraud intelligence, and agent systems. You will align business strategy with engineering execution, manage timelines and budgets, and drive value through ROI tracking and adoption models.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/ML product leadership, strong stakeholder negotiation, and hands-on experience with MLOps and LLM patterns. A proactive, results-driven PMO mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or PMO roles, with AI/ML product experience.
• Hands-on with LLM applications and prompt engineering.
• Experience governing multi-project portfolios using Jira, Asana, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI solutions (GenAI copilots, fraud engines, autonomous agent workflows).
• Conduct market and client discovery to identify high-value AI use cases; validate with rapid prototyping and A/B testing.
• Own PRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog by effort/value.
• Establish adoption frameworks and ROI tracking for deployed AI products (e.g., fraud loss reduction).
• Implement standardized delivery frameworks for AI projects (agile/hybrid) with stage gates and risk logs.
• Monitor portfolio health via KPIs like on-time delivery, budget variance, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with engineering, data science, and compliance teams.
• Curate reusable AI assets to accelerate deployments; act as AI product evangelist through executive briefings.
