Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of cost management, value engineering, manufacturing optimization, or operations excellence.
• Mandatory experience in Assembly & Test (AT) operations within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of AT processes, cost drivers, equipment, materials, labor, and metrics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-enabled cost reduction and value engineering across Assembly & Test operations.
• Collaborate with AT Cost, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Site Cost teams.
• Develop business cases, ROI assessments, and value tracking for proposed solutions.
• Define solution requirements with Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
• Analyze cost structures, processes, material consumption, labor productivity, and utilization.
• Quantify and communicate financial benefits and operational impact.
• Translate complex manufacturing and cost challenges into actionable AI use cases.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change management for adoption.
• Promote AI, automation, and analytics across cost management processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to scale solutions across sites.
• Apply responsible AI principles in development and deployment.
