Job summary

jda wms pte. ltd. is seeking a product-focused AI Prototyping Engineer to drive user research, translate insights into AI product priorities, and define agent behaviors for memory, recommendations and tool execution.

You will establish product metrics, analyze feedback and edge cases, and collaborate with research and engineering teams to continuously improve AI products.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience building and launching consumer software products.

• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, evaluation methods, and AI limitations.

• Strong user empathy and product thinking.

• Comfortable working directly with users and iterating based on real-world feedback.

• Python or TypeScript experience for AI prototyping is a plus.
