Qualifications

• 6–8 years in customer-facing roles in BD, transformation, digital solutions or consulting.
• Understanding of business processes and digital solution adoption.
• Experience engaging customers to capture requirements and identify improvements.
• Interest in product management, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven development.
• Ability to translate business challenges into structured product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap based on customer needs and AI opportunities.
• Conduct discovery with customers to identify workflow challenges and translate into requirements.
• Define functional requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for features.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and AI specialists to develop and release enhancements.
• Evaluate AI capabilities like recommendations, automation, content generation, and decision support.
• Support testing and validation of AI features for usability and business relevance.
• Monitor usage and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate releases and adoption activities with customers.
• Contribute to pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market demos.
• Assist sales with product expertise during discussions and demonstrations.
• Ensure data privacy, security, governance and responsible AI considerations.
