Job summary

Temasek is a global investment company based in Singapore seeking a Product Management Intern to support internal AI product development and improvements to business processes and user experiences.

You will work with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to learn the product lifecycle from needs gathering to testing and measuring outcomes in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in Product Management, AI, digital products and technology-driven solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to break down business challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Data analysis to track metrics and derive insights; self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to co-deliver digital initiatives related to data, investment platforms and other digital initiatives.
• Be involved in the delivery phase of the product (scrum ceremonies, solutioning, backlog grooming) and co-own the backlog.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support PMs in tracking program metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Own the evaluation loop for a product; build the golden test set, run eval cycles and triage issues.
