Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a US tech MNC to hire an AI Product Engineer in Singapore. You will build and maintain scalable AI-powered internal tools, integrations, and data workflows to streamline operations and enable teams to work more efficiently through reliable, self-service solutions.

The role starts as a contract and requires 6+ years of software/ML engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python or JS/TS and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering.
• 6+ years in software or ML engineering, or related fields.
• Proven ability to deliver technical products from discovery to launch.
• Proficiency in Python, JS/TS, Java or C++.
• Experience with APIs, backend services and data workflows.
• Strong production engineering practices and observability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify user needs and requirements.
• Develop internal apps, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
• Turn prototypes into scalable, reusable tools.
• Build evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for AI products.
• Apply testing, monitoring, and reliable system practices.
• Use AI coding tools responsibly and validate outputs.
• Measure adoption, quality and productivity gains; reduce manual effort.
• Create documentation and onboarding resources for independent use.
• Manage multiple projects balancing impact, complexity and resources.
