Job summary

Hupo is seeking a Product Designer to shape how people interact with AI at work, owning end-to-end design for core product areas and crafting novel AI interactions and agentic workflows.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering from day one, building reusable patterns and scaling our design system as the product expands, while staying highly user-centric in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for core product areas, from problem framing to shipped experiences.
• Design novel AI interactions including prompting and agentic workflows.
• Drive user research with end users and product data to identify problems.
• Partner with Product and Engineering from day one to shape what gets built.
• Prototype quickly to test directions and de-risk decisions.
• Contribute to and scale the agentic design system.
