Job summary

Manus AI is seeking a designer to craft complex software products from concept exploration through launch. You’ll shape UX, interaction and visual design, working with product, engineering and data teams to refine proposals and deliver them with the product.

Design rapid prototypes, use research and data to guide decisions, and contribute to design systems and AI-focused interfaces, including conversational AI across multiple products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, human-computer interaction, computer science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of end-to-end design experience for complex software products, covering user experience, interaction and visual design in support of business goals, with sound aesthetic and visual judgment.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-informed design, using research and data to support product strategy and design decisions.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools, with sound product thinking and clear verbal and written communication.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems, launching products across teams, designing conversational AI or chatbots, or creating motion design is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and measure results, familiarity with AI risk, bias and quality reviews, and continued learning in prompting, context engineering or agent orchestration are preferred.
