Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronics or related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of diesel engines, transmissions, cooling systems, or heavy vehicle components.
• Ability to read manuals, drawings, and specs.
• Interest in AI applications, predictive maintenance, or digitalization of workshops.
• Proficiency with MS Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance, repair, overhaul, assembly, and dyno testing of powerpacks.
• Coordinate workshop activities, technicians, equipment, spare parts, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with OEM manuals, specs, quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and support investigations into failures.
• Explore AI-powered tools for predictive maintenance and diagnostics.
• Improve workshop productivity, equipment utilization, and turnaround time.
• Monitor defect trends, spare parts consumption, and MTBF.
