Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is hiring to support deployment and operation of an autonomous driving fleet at the port site. The successful candidate will perform on-site tests, report results, and ensure smooth daily operation of vehicle systems.

The role requires strong communication, English and Mandarin proficiency, willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, basic Linux/network skills, and a driving license.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and office software; basic network diagnosis and Linux CLI experience a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation; ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• English and Chinese proficiency (Mandarin speaking with stakeholders in China).
• Valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate the autonomous driving fleet at the port site.
• Complete on-site function tests of the autonomous driving system and output test reports.
• Troubleshoot on-site software/hardware issues; ensure stable operation of vehicle systems.
• Assist or coordinate technical communications with customers and business parties.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and translate specifications; document reports in ENGLISH and MANDARIN with Mandarin-only stakeholders in China.
