Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Project & Delivery Manager to lead technology and AI-enabled initiatives in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery against scope, budget, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technology project management, familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, PMP, and proven stakeholder management. Experience with AI tools and responsible AI practices is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
Demonstrated experience handling AI or GenAI components in projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects end-to-end with scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Develop and maintain project plans, WBS, and delivery roadmaps.
Track progress, financials, and utilisation; report status and forecasts to stakeholders.
Coordinate across workstreams, vendors, and third parties for on-time delivery.
