Job summary

AMD’s Singapore internship program offers hands-on experience in AI-driven BOM management for MPU and GPU product lines. You will work on automating BOM creation, validation, and lifecycle processes while collaborating with Product Engineering, Design, Packaging, Test, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

The role emphasizes developing AI solutions, data governance, and intelligent automation under expert mentorship, contributing to real-world product readiness.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science or computer science.
• Strong Python/SQL programming skills.
• Experience with AI, ML, LLMs, or automation projects.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven solutions to automate BOM creation, validation, and release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement intelligent BOM automation.
• Design and develop Internal Copilot PDM agent, integrating PLM requests, BOM reporting, data dictionary, and dashboards.
• Support BOM creation and release activities in production/engineering lifecycles for AMD's MPU and GPU product portfolios.
