Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Singapore invites undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields to join the PDE team for AI-driven projects. You will assist in daily Final Test operations, automation initiatives, and engineering change management under a mentor.

You will gain exposure to process documentation, SPC concepts, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading semiconductor manufacturing

Qualifications

Educational foundation: on track to attain a Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Analytical & problem-solving skills: strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to solving complex problems.
Collaboration & coordination: highly interpersonal, with a passion for working with cross-functional teams and coordinating project tasks.

Responsibilities

Operations & Automation Support: Assist unit process engineers in daily Final Test operations and automated manufacturing projects.
Risk & Incident Management: Support deviation management, crisis resolution, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
Change Management: Assist in coordinating and executing engineering change management projects.
Quality & Process Documentation: Develop and update critical engineering documentation, including Process Flows, FMEA, SOPs, OCAPs, and Control Plans.
