Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) invites students in Singapore to join as an AI-driven BOM Intern. You will work on AI-powered automation for BOM management across MPU and GPU product lines, using LLMs, RAG, and RPA to improve data quality and release readiness.

You'll collaborate with Product Engineering, Design, Packaging, Test, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Business Unit to apply AI in engineering workflows and gain hands-on experience in PDM and data governance, with mentorship from AI

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science or computer science.
  • Strong programming and data processing skills in Python/SQL.
  • Experience with AI, ML, LLMs or automation projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop AI-driven solutions to automate BOM creation, validation and release.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from multiple product lines.
  • Design and develop Internal Copilot PDM agent, integrating PLM requests, BOM reporting and dashboards.
  • Support BOM creation and release activities in production/engineering lifecycles.
