Job summary

Silverwing is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to build and scale an acquisition platform focused on logistics and supply chain businesses across Singapore and Southeast Asia. The role involves creating an AI-driven sourcing engine, managing the CRM and transaction pipeline, and supporting due diligence from outreach through to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in corporate development or related fields.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve processes.
• CRM and project management experience.
• Excellent written English and commercial judgment.
• Singapore work rights; EP sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an AI-powered acquisition sourcing engine.
• Research and qualify targets across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Develop relationships with business owners and intermediaries.
• Manage CRM and transaction pipeline.
• Support due diligence, financial analysis and execution.
• Implement AI, automation and workflows to boost productivity.
• Work with the Principal on acquisitions and strategic priorities.
• Help build operational systems for growth.
