Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive day-to-day delivery of its AI platform across MaaS and Managed Kubernetes. You will align engineers, architects, and stakeholders around a concrete, trackable plan, maintain sprint boards, and surface blockers early to protect release density.

The role requires strong Jira/Agile discipline, excellent cross-functional communication, and a track record coordinating 5+ teams on a shared timeline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as technical project manager or program manager in software or infrastructure engineering organizations.
• Hands-on fluency with Jira, or an equivalent tool such as Linear or Asana, for backlog grooming, sprint planning, dependency linking, and custom dashboards.
• Working understanding of multi-product AI platform spanning model serving and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Track record coordinating delivery across five or more distinct functional teams on a single shared timeline.
• Excellent communication with engineers, architects, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile or Kanban and leading standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Timeline Planning: Translate platform roadmap into phased delivery timelines and forecast dates.
• Jira Ticket and Backlog Hygiene: Own epics, stories, tasks scoping, linking, and labeling across teams.
• Cross-Workstream Dependency Tracking: Map dependencies and chase at-risk handoffs.
• Progress Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: Produce status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Process and Tooling Improvement: Tune Jira workflows and reporting templates to reduce overhead.
• Release Coordination: Support go/no-go checkpoints and ensure sign-offs before releases.
