Job summary

Bitdeer seeks a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of the AI platform across MaaS and Managed Kubernetes. You will partner with engineering leaders to convert roadmaps into concrete, phased delivery plans, manage epics and tickets, and surface blockers before releases.

You will coordinate across five or more teams, track dependencies, and communicate status to leadership with clear, decision-ready updates. A background in Agile/Kanban and strong Jira usage is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong technical project management skills in software or infra engineering.
• Experience with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and dashboards in Jira/Confluence is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate platform roadmap into phased delivery timelines across MaaS and Kubernetes.
• Manage Jira backlog health, epics, stories, tasks; ensure proper scoping and labeling.
• Map inter-workstream dependencies and coordinate releases with security and QA.
• Produce status reports and dashboards for stakeholders; lead standups and reviews.
• Identify process frictions and suggest lightweight fixes; improve workflows.
• Coordinate go/no-go release planning with release engineering and QA.
