Job summary

CMC-APAC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an AI Platform Operations Support Engineer in Singapore to ensure reliable, secure operation of enterprise AI services such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini Enterprise.

You will manage day-to-day operations, onboarding, licence/credit management, and automation while collaborating with product, engineering, cybersecurity and vendor teams. Occasional after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, enterprise SaaS administration, cloud service operations or IT service management.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise platform administration, IAM, troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Good understanding of IT service management processes including incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Familiarity with SSO, Entra ID, RBAC, and user lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of AI platforms, including tenant/workspace administration, user provisioning and access controls.
• Monitor platform availability and performance; triage incidents; coordinate with engineering teams and vendors; produce dashboards/reports.
• Administer AI subscriptions, licenses, user entitlements, and credit allocations including provisioning and billing support.
• Coordinate agency onboarding, workspace setup, user enablement, and maintain operational docs.
• Support platform upgrades, feature rollouts, integrations and operational readiness.
• Maintain platform security configurations, support audits and remediation of findings.
• Develop automation scripts/workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors, product teams and stakeholders to drive continuous service improvements.
