Job summary

neutron pte. ltd. is seeking a product-focused professional to bridge business needs and delivery for an AI-powered document processing platform in Singapore. You will translate operational and regulatory requirements into a prioritized backlog within an agile squad.

Applicants should have 4+ years of relevant experience in transformation and product vision, with a track record of handling sensitive information and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in operations transformation and product vision & architecture in a legal, regulatory, or compliance domain.
• Experience developing systems handling sensitive and personal information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product vision with the client and ensure material value.
• Redesign operations to drive efficiency against the future-state vision.
• Translate the product vision into concrete features and user stories.
• Document user stories for each capability domain required to achieve the vision.
• Groom and prioritise the product backlog with the business owner.
• Ensure backlog items are analysed and ready for sprint planning.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Define integration requirements for AI tooling and case management integration.
• Perform business reviews to ensure product quality during each sprint.
• Demo the product increment during sprint demos.
