Job summary

PUB, The National Water Agency, is seeking a highly motivated professional to lead the development, delivery, and ongoing management of enterprise IT platforms using AI vibe coding tools. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, system integration, vendor management, governance, and operational readiness for mission-critical systems.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience in IT

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT project management, business analysis, or enterprise delivery.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale systems with cloud-hosted solutions and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Experience managing vendors, system implementation projects, service delivery, and contractual deliverables.
• Experience with Government agencies or large enterprises is advantageous.
• Experience with AI vibe coding tools, automation, analytics, or digital transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, system integration, and governance for enterprise IT platforms.
• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements; prepare management papers and project updates for senior management.
• Oversee solution design, integration across cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Manage vendors through project lifecycle, including audits, submissions, and handover materials.
• Coordinate operations, incident management, change management, and governance to ensure availability and security.
