rednote seeks a talented engineer with a passion for content, communities, and people to drive the growth of its creator and community presence in global markets. You will design growth mechanisms, organize events, and explore scalable growth models, using AI-enabled workflows to streamline processes.

You will work across product, design, and marketing teams to turn community insights into product and growth initiatives, leveraging AI for sourcing, research, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field is preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, networks, and operating systems.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream language (C/C++, Java, Go, Python).
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools to support development.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to creator and community seeding and growth in key markets.
• Identify, recruit, and engage creators, core community members, and partners.
• Design onboarding, development paths, and long-term engagement programs for creators.
• Understand communities to identify growth opportunities and drive engagement strategies.
• Plan online and offline events to increase activity and connections.
• Analyze data to improve recruitment, development, and retention.
