Xiaohongshu is seeking a high-caliber engineer in Singapore to design and build a global multi-region architecture and a data compliance platform for worldwide users.

You will own full-stack development across frontend, backend, and data infrastructure, integrated with AI-enabled capabilities and strong regulatory compliance.

Join a cross-functional team collaborating with legal, security, product, and regional partners to deliver scalable, well-governed systems in a multilingual environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, SE, AI or related fields.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, networking, and OS.
• Proficient in Java or Go with solid coding standards.
• Familiarity with GDPR or data governance is a plus.
• Self-driven with ability to deliver in complex, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve Xiaohongshu's global multi-region architecture and own full lifecycle from design to launch.
• Build a data compliance platform 0 to 1 for global business, including core data products.
• Apply AI-Native R&D to deliver full-stack development across frontend, backend and data infra.
• Advance intelligent capabilities in real compliance scenarios (data ID, auditing, Q&A).
• Collaborate with legal, security, product and cross-functional teams to drive architecture upgrades.
