Job summary

TikTok Singapore is seeking an Software Engineer Graduate to join the Global Advertising Data Platform team and start in 2027. You will help design and build core AI-native data platform components and high-throughput data services to support hundreds of millions of advertising events, with opportunities to learn across engineering, product, and analytics.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and strong programming skills (Java, C/C++, Python, or Go).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Strong command of at least one programming language — Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OS, databases and networks.
Strong analytical thinking with ability to decompose complex logic into clean boundaries.
Comfortable using AI coding agents as part of building, with judgement to review and test output.
Strong drive to learn and communicate across engineering, product, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Design and build core of an AI-native data platform end-to-end, owning architecture and high-throughput services.
Design agent-facing data services and tool interfaces via APIs and data surfaces for agent use with proper permissions and audit trails.
Contribute to semantic layer with machine-readable metrics, dimensions, lineage, and data contracts.
Make correctness measurable by contributing to code and testing standards, golden query suites, and data quality monitoring.
Tackle high concurrency, multi-tenant governance and system decoupling at scale, collaborating with the team to break through challenges.
