Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and measurable metrics.

You will build reusable agents, RAG components, and predictive models, deploying Python-based services and containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL to implement solutions.
• Proficiency in ML libraries (Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Experience building predictive ML models beyond pre-trained APIs.
• Understanding of evaluation metrics, class imbalance, and cross-validation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into AI architectures and plans.
• Develop reusable agents and RAG components for market intelligence and automation.
• Build predictive models for propensity, ranking, and recommendations.
• Establish baselines, validation, and prevent data leakage.
• Deploy Python-based services and REST APIs; containerize with Docker/Kubernetes.
