Job summary

UIC Asian Computer Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an AI Engineer to advance the adoption of AI across the enterprise. You will work with business and tech stakeholders to deliver AI-driven improvements in operations, user experience, and digitalization initiatives.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI applications, building LLM-based solutions, RAG knowledge bases, and ensuring data security and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in AI, ML, or AI-powered app development.
• Experience with HRIS, Payroll, or Enterprise Apps is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and enterprise workflows is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python; REST APIs and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI and ML applications.
• Develop AI solutions using LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG.
• Prepare data and manage data for AI models.
• Deploy AI solutions on Azure AI and OpenAI services.
• Collaborate with business users to identify AI use cases.
• Stay updated with AI technologies and evaluate new tools.
