Job summary

BGC Group is seeking AI developers to build and deploy AI/ML products, including LLM chatbots, NLP and OCR use cases in enterprise systems. You will collaborate with business users, data scientists and engineers to design scalable pipelines for data preprocessing, model training and deployment, while integrating AI/ML solutions through APIs and microservices.

You will work with DevSecOps to containerise models, support CI/CD workflows and apply established software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in CS/Math/Stats.
• 2+ years in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Knowledge of AI/ML Ops practices and tools.
• Experience with NLP, rule engines, predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python/Node/Java and ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users, data scientists and engineers to build AI/ML products.
• Design, build and test AI/ML pipelines for data preprocessing, training, RAG and deployment.
• Integrate AI/ML into apps via APIs and microservices.
• Work with DevSecOps to containerise models and support CI/CD.
• Follow best practices like code reviews and TDD.
