Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-powered features from concept to production in Singapore. You will shape prompt engineering, AI agent workflows, memory systems and tool integrations to deliver robust AI solutions.

The role requires hands-on ML experience, Python proficiency and experience with LLMs or Generative AI, plus deployment and API integration in production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, ML or related field.
• Solid ML foundations and modern neural networks.
• Hands-on training, fine-tuning or deployment of ML models.
• Expert Python programming for production software.
• Experience with LLMs or Generative AI technologies.
• Familiar with model serving, inference optimisation, production deployment.
• Experience integrating AI models with external tools and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI-powered features from concept to production.
• Build and optimise prompt engineering, AI agent workflows, memory systems and external tool integrations.
• Develop reliable and structured AI application behaviour from Large Language Model (LLM) outputs.
• Debug and resolve issues across AI models, orchestration, infrastructure and application layers.
• Improve system performance with a focus on latency, scalability, reliability and cost optimisation.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and performance metrics to measure AI solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Continuously enhance AI systems through experimentation, testing and production feedback.
