Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development for scientific/EDA/semiconductor apps.
• Strong Python programming and OO design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML driven AI/ML pipelines for device characterization and model extraction.
• Develop features for IC-CAP, WaferPro, MBP, and MQA.
• Apply ML and statistical modeling to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI into device modeling workflows.
