Keysight Technologies Singapore (Sales) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Device Modeling AI/ML Software Engineer to build AI-powered semiconductor modeling workflows.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, Applied Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience for scientific/EDA/semiconductor apps.
• Strong Python programming and OO design.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Solid data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven collaboration in engineering teams and problem solving.
• Interest in applying AI/ML to semiconductor device modeling and EDA.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML-driven semiconductor device characterization workflows.
• Build features for IC-CAP, WaferPro, MBP, MQA, and related products.
• Apply ML, optimization, and statistics to improve model extraction accuracy.
• Create scalable data processing, training, validation, and deployment pipelines.
• Develop AI-assisted parameter extraction, calibration, QA, and anomaly detection.
• Investigate surrogate modeling to reduce simulation turnaround time.
• Explore generative AI, agentic AI, and LLM-based workflows to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with modeling experts on CMOS, RF, analog, power, and emerging tech.
• Contribute to software architecture, performance, testing, and releases.
