Job summary

Singtel's AI & Data Analytics team is seeking an experienced AI Knowledge Engineer to build and operate knowledge-system components for GenAI and agentic AI use cases. You will develop data preparation, embedding, and retrieval workflows using Databricks, Python, and SQL, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to deliver production-ready knowledge assets, including graphs, memory stores, and retrieval pipelines, across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in data engineering, AI engineering, knowledge engineering, or cloud-scale analytics
• Ability to independently build, test, and support production knowledge-system components
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation and validation
• Familiarity with PySpark and large-scale data processing concepts
• Experience with vector/graph databases and knowledge-store tech
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build, integrate, and operate AI knowledge system components including knowledge graphs and memory stores
• Develop data preparation, embedding, and retrieval workflows using Databricks, Python, SQL
• Contribute to enterprise search, RAG, and agent memory use cases
• Ensure production readiness: observability, incident triage, release coordination
• Support ingestion from files, APIs, databases, and streaming sources
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and delivery partners
