Job summary

OUNG CONSTRUCTION (S) PTE LTD is seeking an AI-minded professional to identify opportunities for AI and digital solutions across departments. You will analyze workflows, implement automation for reporting and data processing, and design AI tools integrated into company processes.

You will work with internal data for AI initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements, and liaise with external vendors for setup, integration, and maintenance of AI/IT systems.

Qualifications

• Candidate holds a related diploma or degree in CS/IT/AI or similar field.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and automation tools is expected.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, including cloud platforms and email systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing workflows and recommend automation and AI-driven improvements for reporting, data processing, and operational efficiency.
• Design, implement, and integrate AI tools and solutions (e.g. automation platforms, generative AI tools, data analytics solutions) into company processes.
• Work with internal data to support AI initiatives, including data collection, cleaning, structuring, and basic analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI and system solutions.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for the setup, integration, and maintenance of AI and IT systems.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of implemented AI solutions to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
• Support and maintain company IT infrastructure, including email systems, cloud platforms, and user account management.
• Provide technical support to employees to ensure smooth usage of AI tools and IT systems.
• Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and IT assets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, data processing, and automation tools.
